1. UK Shipping Rates & Policies

Mainland UK

• Free shipping on all orders over £200.
• Orders under £200 incur a £6 flat shipping fee per box (subject to change without notice).

Other UK Locations (Including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands)

• A flat shipping fee of £15 per box applies (this will be in addition to any charges below the minimum order value).

Magnetic Track Light Shipping (UK Mainland Only)

• A flat fee of £18 applies per single track or every 10 tracks (this will be in addition to any charges below the minimum order value).

2. International Shipping

• We ship worldwide, with rates starting from £12.
• For a competitive international shipping quote, please contact us with your location and order details.

3. Shipping Insurance

• Optional insurance is available at £9, covering up to £1,000 (UK mainland only).
• If you require higher coverage, contact us for a custom insurance quote.

4. Shipping Terms & Conditions

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Courier Services: We use reputable couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
3. Tracking: All shipments include tracking details, which will be provided once your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery Times:
   • Mainland UK: 1-3 business days
   • Other UK locations: 2-5 business days
   • International: Varies by location; please contact us for an estimate
5. Customs & Duties (International Orders):
   • Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.
6. Shipping Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Damaged/Lost Shipments:
   • If you opted for shipping insurance, claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
   • Uninsured orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk.
