Hikvision is very pleased to announce the extension of the warranty period for almost all Hikvision products to 3 years (see below overview).
This warranty extension becomes effective for all purchases done as of (backwards) November 3rd 2017.
With this warranty extension we show our confidence in the quality of our products and want our customers to benefit from that.

For thermal uncooled microbolometer detector, you should use the product properly according to the requirements specified in User Manual, and following items should be noticed:
1. Working temperature: the product must be working within the temperature range described in the user manual, exceeding temperature range will lead to abnormal using or damage.
Any damage caused by above actions are not covered in our warranty condition.
